Displaying unparalleled dedication and talent, he swiftly ascended the ranks and, by the age of 19, achieved the remarkable feat of being named Scotland's Floral Designer of the Year. This early recognition laid the foundation for a remarkable career.

Ian's expertise and artistic vision garnered national attention, leading to a pivotal role as the Design Chairperson for George W. Bush's second Presidential Inauguration. Ian founded Botanica Design Studio in 1989 and it has been a beacon of creativity in the Tampa Bay community and surrounding areas for over three decades. Seventeen years ago, the legacy expanded as Ian's daughter, Zoë Gallina, AAF, brought her expertise to the company. Together, Ian and Zoë continue to weave enchanting stories through their passion for creating breathtaking events, making Botanica a testament to timeless elegance and innovation.
